Thank you for expressing interest in working with us!  While team projects are designed & implemented by the students involved, there are still several ways adult volunteers can get connected with SLANT 45:

PROJECT COACHES

YOU can be a part of SLANT 45 by helping encourage the young people in your life to get involved. YOU can be a coach for SLANT 45! It's simple. Do you have a child? A niece or nephew? A friend, student or even a cousin that's elementary aged? Encourage them to form a team. With you as the team coach, they'll brainstorm about a community service project that they want to do — it can be a lemonade stand to raise money for a local charity, a car wash to benefit a not-for-profit or anything they dream up. Adults wishing to volunteer with this program are asked to form their own project team.

Due to the nature of this program, we are not able to match individual adult volunteers with project teams.  Questions? Email info@slant45.org.

SLANT 45 SPECIAL TEAMS

Connect to existing projects in your community by joining one of the SLANT 45 special teams. Register to participate here. Check back often as special teams will be added throughout the year.

TOURING ART

Does your company, organization or building display art in the hallway, lobby, display cases or other areas?  If so, let us know! Register your space to be a tour spot for the SLANT 45 Touring Art display to proudly show off the altruistic efforts of others.

DONATE TO TEAM PROJECTS

SLANT 45 has a limited amount of resources to donate to student project stipends. Please consider donating money, or donating your time to raise money, to help off-set costs for student projects. You may either donate these funds directly to a student project as a team coach, or, for a tax deductible contribution, donate them through Big Thought. Select “SLANT 45” where it requests the purpose of your gift.
