On August 14, 2010 we are holding our 3rd Annual Community Back-to-School Bash in the City of Balch Springs. This year we have added a food pantry to the event to help meet the physical nourishment as well as school supply needs of needy families within the communities of the city. School age children will build self-esteem and learn the true value of what community service brings to society when everyone gets involved, the children will be preparing Back Packs to be given away and assisting with the Food and Clothing Giveaways, they will direct those in attendance to various sections of the event. Our keys sponsor Love and Grace Community Church, Fmr. Mayor C.W. Davis Sr., Wal Mart, The Cut Barbers, other businesses and local artist have pledge to help the children show even as kid's they to can play a vital role in making their communities and this country a more wonderful place to live by giving back through Love and Grace. Additionally we'll need help with the following: (Adult volunteers and students on hand to assist with Set-up and Clean Up and supervise the younger children in handling duty responsibilities.Also needed to local athletes, radio personalities and artist are to participate in the event).
